Summary:

We need OM Processing Constraint steps to restrict the SO revisions when the SO Fulfilment Lines status is "Ready to release" and Integration status is "Interfaced" and Order line status is Awaiting Shipping.

The Processing Constraint or Order Extension should provide a popup for the user with information that SO has been already Interfaced, and cannot be revised due to that.
