What is the configuration (operatin system, processor, memory, etc) of oracle fusion cloud on SAAS ?

3 weeks ago, we received a message from oracle asking to make an update for instance on Windows.

First : Since We are on SAAS, I don't know if this apply to us

Secondly : We cannot know how to handle this without know whether our application is on Windows or not.

That is why we have been unsuccessfully trying to get more information about our instances configution via SR. I hope I will finally get an answer on this platform.
