Restricting access to projects based on class codes

Summary:

We have a requirement where we want to restrict users' access based on class codes (screenshot below). There is no direct data security policy that links a project to class code; hence we are not able to do it at role-level. Please let us know if role-level restriction is possible and the steps to achieve the same.
