Is it possible to get automated alerts set up when PO’s price exceeds Tolerance thresholds?

Summary:

For professional services, if the work is estimated to exceed the PO ceiling, the supplier will inform the Buyer and when the actuals hit 75% of the PO ceiling. The Buyer will issue a CO PR to increase the funding if needed.

Can Oracle send Notifications (specific PO line types, not all) to the Distribution List?

Two questions:

1) Would it be possible to get these notifications set up for specific PO types / Line Types / specific Categories Etc?

2) If we wanted to expand these notifications to other PO types beyond our initial ask – would it be possible to make this happen?
