sql query to get COA segments for a project when event_id is NULL in xla_distribution_links table

Summary:

There were some projects created in third party system and when the Fusion applications went on live, these projects were manually imported into Oracle. Kindly note, these projects were not having any PO and Invoice information. Now, we are trying to fetch the COA segments using a SQL query. But the challenge is, these projects are having event_id as NULL in xla_distribution_links. I need to get the COA segments under the costing.
