Update Customer Promotion and Volume Based Program Accrual calculation
Summary:
Requirement -
Let's say, Customer Promotion Program is defined for an item with 2% accruals.
Now, after few months, it was identified that correct accrual is 3%.
This may happen frequently.
Question -
- How do we update accrual calculation from 2 to 3% in existing programs? This is applicable for both Customer Promotions and Volume Based Programs.
- How the system can automatically adjust the accruals earned for the previous months when accruals were earned at 2% instead of 3%?
If there is no standard out of the box solution, then any suggestions for workaround?
