GOP not honoring Allocation Rules with two different Periods in same Allocation Rule

Hi Team,

We have specified a allocation rule percentage based. The allocation was done on demand class based on specific percentage and supplies were distributed equally among various demand class. In the First time period allocation rules were honored as expected.

But when a new time period was introduced in the same allocation rule with different allocation percentages, the supplies are not being honored by demand classes.

Can you let us know why we are observing such behavior.
