Adding a notes box to Notes section of requisition in RSSP

Currently, in the classic UI, we are able to add notes to Buyer and Approver as attachments:

We are trying to achieve the same in RSSP, but identified an issue. It seems like we are able to add text boxes in the Notes section of a requisition using Business Rules in Visual Builder Studio, however the only options that we have to notes for are Notes for Buyer, Receiver, and Supplier.

We would like to replace the 'Note to Receiver' to 'Note to Approver'. Is this something feasible in RSSP using VBS?
