Errors on insertion into RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL

I have created by lines in the template and generated the CSV file but I keep getting errors. I have reviewed the export and it looks like the macro isnt exporting correctly ie its missing the Business Unit and then also either the Transaction Batch Source Name or the Transaction Type Name (dont know which as they are both the same) . I am therefore getting errors on the load such as

Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL, column CONVERSION_DATE.
ORA-01843: not a valid month

and

Rejected - Error on table RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL.
ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (???)
