Disable users from accessing "Setup and maintenance" work area

in Fusion Applications Administration

There are few seeded roles that enable users access to "Setup and maintenance" work area (e.g. General Accounting Manager)

  1. are those seeded privileges in setup and maintenance limited to specific actions that are required for the day to day operation of Accounting Manager for example?
  2. Can I block all users from accessing "Setup and maintenance" work area unless I open them specific, time limited, credentials?
  3. Can I audit all changes in "Setup and maintenance" work area?
  4. Can I set up report with all users that accessed "Setup and maintenance" work area?
