Web Reports Gen 2 -- Creating Deep Links using Web Reports

I Want to Create Deep links using Web Reports. By following suggested steps I've applied hyper link. But struggling to navigate to desired screen. As there is issue with URL, and need support to get idea I there any other change we need to make in UIs or there are some other points we need to cover to create UI URL.
