Can we create a sales order with a 0 quantity

Hi All,

We have a client using Microsoft Dynamics and they are sending us sales orders into Oracle.

They have lines with quanity 0 and with a positive price.

We are not able to create sales order lines with a 0 quantity.

Is it possible to create a sales order line with a 0 quantity in Oracle?

Please advise.
