Projects Forecast Upload - Issue with Total Forecast Amount

Summary:

The hourly labor rate and total forecast amount in the Forecast FBDI file does not load correctly because the labor rate in the project actual costs conversion is different from that in the projects forecast FBDI.

EXAMPLE:

For client conversion, we are uploading all historic actual costs for labor (UOM = quantity) with $$ value amounts.

For example, quantity = 1,811 hours and Raw Cost amount = $95,669. The rate that gets calculated in the system will be $52.83. For the Project Forecast, we uploaded: Quantity = 8,000 hours and Raw Cost = $400,000). Based on this example, the forecast rate that gets calculated is $50. When doing this, the Forecast Raw Cost amount is NOT being uploaded correctly because the actual cost rate is different than the forecast cost rate.  Although the forecast raw cost was uploaded as $400,000 the forecast raw cost that is actually shown on the forecast is calculating as $405,119.00.
