Help adding fields to Requsition template

Summary:

Need guidance on adding specific fields to the Requisition template. We are trying to add to the template at the distribution level, the project name and task name from the Requisition Distribution data set. Need the correct syntax to force the template to look to pull in the correct fields. Unfortunately, the data model has the same field names in multiple data sets. Everything we have attempted so far does not render a value even though the data model clearly has data for that field within that data set.
