    We have enabled the "Email integration" with Microsoft Azure using "Manage Microsoft 365" under Setup and Maintenance under.

    We have enabled all the required "Application ID, Application Key, Email Integration Addresses" from the Microsoft Azure.

    The client has been using two different Microsoft Azure. We have enabled and integrated one Microsoft Azure in CX already.

    Is there any option or provision to add/enable/integrate multiple Microsoft Azure in CX?
