Pass the WHO columns dynamically while invoking Close/Reopen PO Rest API

Summary:

We are automating the bulk closure/reopen of purchase orders in Oracle Fusion through OIC integration(using REST API). Business users will initiate this process to auto close the PO. Currently we are getting the OIC user details (that has been used for the REST Connection) in the WHO columns, which is the standard behavior, but the requirement - is there any possible way that we can pass the username dynamically while invoking the REST API?
