Does EDMCS Export trigger Inherit Segment Value Attributes process?

Summary:

When a segment value is updated in the EDMCS FCGL application to change its Enabled property from TRUE to FALSE, will a subsequent EDM Export of FCGL trigger the Inherit Segment Value Attributes process to run in OFC, to disable any defined Account Combinations there that include the newly disabled value? Or does that process need to be separately scheduled/run on the OFC side?
