Audit Question for Audit Report Change Log

Summary:

When reviewing audit log of EPM, audit team have questions of following. Can anyone here support for clarification?

  1. There is some records where just Tasks have value while other columns like Action, User ID etc. do not. Need clarify why have this? A not very sure guess: is it origins from 'Consolidate' jobs? 
  2. There is some records changed by our service account 'Admin_FCCS' which incurred from Fusion ERP or third party system integration. Need clarify more context for the records. Is it related to financial data hierarchy adjustments, such as Entity Structure, or Consolidation Members?
