dependent select single component for edit and view mode creating issue

Summary:

Hi Experts

I have below dependent select single component on my page which will used for create and view as well

select single 1 : Country list (event to reset state list down on select)

select single 2 : State list

While i'm in create mode this works fine on selecting country it will reset the state value every time the country is selected. But when i'm in view mode when the page loads to show existing data user selected, at that point of time as soon as the country value is shown state value will be reset. How can i overcome this issue? please help
