Retrieve all requisitionOneTimeLocations using Procurement REST API throwing exception

Summary:

I am trying to get all the locations using

REST API for Oracle Procurement Cloud - Get all locations

endpoint. However, "I get You must enter the LocationId attribute." exception with 400 Bad Request. As per the document (above link), I dont need to provide any LocationId. Also in the metadata request for requisitionOneTimeLocations, I get LocationId with querable=false.

Can you please help me in getting all the Location values?
