Open plugin URL (External URL) in a new page on mobile

Hi All,

We are trying to open plugin url to a new tab in mobility/manage screen. 

Unfortunately it always open in the same tab of the Activity page.

Edit/View Activity --> Click on Plugin URL --> Takes to new URL but on same tab. 

Our requirement is to open the URL in new tab

Any assistance/suggestion on this?
