Provide the Ability to Set Custom Timeout on Invoke Action in Oracle Integration

edited Apr 18, 2025 12:00AM in Idea Lab – Integration Cloud

Description:

In Oracle Integration, provide the ability to set a custom timeout on the Invoke action. The timeout duration should be configurable, allowing for any preferred value such as 30 seconds, 1 minute, or another suitable time.

The custom Invoke action timeout will not exceed the predefined timeout for the full integration. For example, synchronous integrations will return a timeout error if they run longer than 300 seconds.

This feature would help avoid long wait times and enable faster exception handling if an unexpected thing happens, without needing to wait for the full integration timeout.
