cannot receive using the rest

we are having an issue using the rest for receiving PO:

 "ReturnMessage": "The receiving transactions couldn't be processed for 1 receiving transaction lines.",

Can you please help us on the solution?

Everything seems ok from our side. Data access, authorization already checked.
