Technician Rating level

Hello All,

Is there any way to introduce a rating for technician which will be dynamically updated based on his performance in installations/repairs etc which will be assessed by a quality check team? Is there any OOTB functionality?

What I am thinking is -

1. Custom property for Technician to capture rating

2. Assign Rating for each activity by manager/quality check team

3. But where should we keep rating algorithm?is it on the server side?

 

Kindly suggest if there is any best way.
