Masking of data entered by candidates

Due to the heightened alert of identity theft and the sensitivity of data such as SSN/National ID, we are being required by our Information Security controllers to mask select data entered by candidates in both the Recruiting and Onboarding modules. For example, requested functionality is:
- Candidate applies to a job or completes onboarding forms. As part of the process, candidate is required to provide National ID in either a prescreening question (for job application for select countries where background checks are done prior to interview) or as part of one of the new hire onboarding forms. At time of original submission, OK to display National ID as it is being entered.
