"Send as user" functionality in Engage?
I have a client whose sales users frequently have a need to send email (and receive any replies) as their sales partner rather than as themselves. Is there a way to do this using Engage that doesn't require them to actually log in as the other user?

Hi @AnnCloutier,
I haven`t seen a simple way of using Engage as you have described. But would sending those emails from Eloqua be an option for the sales users? You could "templatize" the setup for them and then they would just need to place and send the emails, using the Signature option as well.

Hi @Constantin Gutic - LogDMS.com and thanks for your response! This is something we've considered, but ultimately the sales team was too large to make it practical. What they may consider is having a smaller group of sales managers (who will already have Eloqua access for other reasons) manage this process.
