Loading data into PCM with Smart View

Has anyone seen "Essbase Error (1270096) Specified load buffer resource usage [0.0002] is below minimum allowed value [0.01]"

I have been loading driver data into PCM using Smart View for Office for months. Starting this Monday, when I tried to submit driver data I received the following error message:

"Essbase Error (1270096) Specified load buffer resource usage [0.0002] is below minimum allowed value [0.01]"

Has anyone run into this before? Any tips on how to solve? I have other essbase (non-PCM) cubes that are working correctly, and my colleagues receive the same error message.
