Question on Managing Absence Plans duirng a Global Transfer.  Are either of these a possible option?

1) When a Global Transfer takes place, the Absence Plans enrollment terminates for the employee and the Enrollment Process enrolls the employees back into Absence Plans for the transfer to Legal Entity.   Is there a way to set up the Absence Plan so that the balance transfers with the employee during the Legal Entity change? 

--or--

2)  Our company has the same Absence Plan eligibility across the Enterprise.  Plans do not change when a Legal Entity changes.  Is there a way to configure Absence to apply the Absence Plan eligibility at the Enterprise rather than the Legal Entity?
