Summary

Insight provides ability to "show only mapped users" - a checkbox which can be unchecked. This is critical in allowing us to report on (for instance) a course status and include users as incomplete.

Insight provides ability to "show only mapped users" - a checkbox which can be unchecked. This is critical in allowing us to report on (for instance) a course status and include users as incomplete even if they never launched the course. This is very important for compliance tracking. Without this, it is a very cumbersome process to determine who has NOT yet completed a course. Will the new BI have this functionality before Insight is retired in January 2016?
