Pending Requisition Approver Report

Summary

Would like to create a report that details what approvers are still 'pending approval'

I've used the Oracle TAP mobile application on an iPad and the application clearly shows which Requisition approvers have approved and which Requisition approvers have not.  Is there a way to produce a report that will show that same information?
