Hi, I am using custom BI reports to report on courses in the learn center. I plan to share these reports by using the Reports dynamic object on a learncenter page. These reports are to be shared with department or administrative head/representatives. Since they would not necessarily have a reporting relation with all the users in the report I cannot use My Team for this and i really wanted to restrict giving access to the control panel to users.
So my question is if the user with whom the custom BI report is shared chooses to customize the report further, will he/she have access to all learn center data (all courses and users). Can i restrict this? By department, User group maybe?
