Career development features and functions


Hi All,

I'm new to oracle career development and the followings are the client's requirements which i need to setup.

1-Training catalogue

2-Gather all the employee's needs for a training

3-Training yearly plan and budget approved

4-Training costs 

i would really appreciate if someone can enlighten me on how to setup those requirements in fusion career development
