My client has  a requirement to notify manager if employee add, cancel, delete or modify goals. As there is nothing seeded available , I converted seeded approval workflow to auto approve followed by a FYI notification to manager.

It is working fine. I also modified notification to hide approve /reject button. but I am facing one issue with email that triggers to manager. In the email notification, I can still see Approve||Reject||Worklist on top of email. I am not sure how to hide it .

Also is there a way I can modify subject line of email and bel notification. Currently , it is showing :
