OTL Time Card: Can we capture State/Country in the time card?

OTL: We have requirement to capture the state, country of the worker submitting the time card. The state and country needs to be the location where worker has performed the work  and it can be different than the work location in the job information. However when we created time card component using Work Location Override Time attribute, its not showing any values in the time card. Please refer to attached screenshots for more details.
