Electronic Signature Alternative For Open Enrollment in Oracle Benefits

Summary

How does Oracle Benefits handle compliance with the Electronic Signature ACT (E-SIGN) out of the box?

Content

Hello,

Does anybody know how Oracle manages Open Enrollment employee signatures through Oracle HCM Benefits when no Electronic Signature service is provided out-of-the-box?

My understanding is that when the employee submits the forms, this needs to be compliant with the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN). Since Oracle out of the box doesn't provide any integration with an e-signature service like DocuSign then how does Oracle validate the legality of the document confirmed by the employee through the system?.

Howdy, Stranger!
