Time Scheduling not working when creating time cards

I have created three shifts 

Normal hours ( Elapsed) and another two time shifts.  I have completed all configurations navigating to followings.

 

Manage Shift Properties
Manage Work Shifts
Manage Work Workday Pattern
HCM Work Schedule> Manage Work Schedule
Manage Scheduler Profile

But when user entering time records in the time card time card showing null balances for daily totals of the time shifts and only the Normal hours ( Elapsed) is considering for calculations.
