Automatically Open a Report on Workspace

Hi Experts,

I have an inquiry if it is possible to open a report on a workspace with the same Reference Number with the service request opened. For example, I have a report with a column of reference number, last  name, first name, etc.  I want is that when a Service request with the specific reference number was opened, I want also that on the report on the other tab the info with the same reference number is also open without the user manually typing the reference number on the report filters. Is this possible? Thank you.
