I have a Tier 2 application process set up that includes automatically changing the requisition-specific candidate status after sending the tier 2 invitation and after the candidate completes a tier 2 invitation. 

We recently had a candidate complete a tier 2 application. He took the opportunity to apply for two new requisitions after completing the initial tier 2 application. Because he was in the tier 2 career center, the other positions he applied for required a tier 2 application for each new requisition. Because of the automation in the req-specific candidate status, his status was changed to "Tier 2 completed" for the two new reqs he applied for. This caused confusion for the hiring manager and recruiter.
