Oracle CPQ and ETO (engineer to order) scenario

We have a scenario where we need to handle the ETO scenarios in CPQ

In addition, Engineer needs to review the ETO requests and price it before it can be sent to customer but the part is created after the order is placed. Is any one done this before? Can you please detail the integration points?
