Custom report data display is wrong

Dear all

When using the RN system, we need to record the status of the agent login every day, such as the number of logins, the number of logouts, the login duration, the chat duration, and so on. So I made a custom report (100247) based on the tables chat_agent_sessions and chat_agent_intervals, see Annex 1.

However, the number of logins and the number of logouts counted by the report (100276) are different from the reports (100280) according to the table chat_agent_sessions, refer to Annex 2. 

Can you help me solve this problem?
