Ability to create groups in ARCS

Currently, Client is using the blackline, most of the reconciliation is like they have created groups in black line and they can add any of the accounts they have created for the reconciliation irrespective of the entity, account, and locations. This Group has the custom name created by the user. At the Group level, they can see the total of the accounts that are part of the group. They can even attach the documents and provide comments to that group and when the prepare is finished with the reconciliation of those groups, the reviewer will access those groups and approve
