Burden Schedule Versions

We had to make a change to our MTDC burden schedule...

UW had to change our MTDC1 burden structure because it had participant costs and it shouldn’t have. I made the new MTDC1 Burden Structure and then modified the Burden Schedules. My problem…I just ran a test and this project is still getting F&A assessed against something that should be exempt.

It was suggested that I create a new Burden Schedule Version...looking for guidance. Do I only make new versions for the schedules that are affected or does the new version have to be applied to everything?
