Hello,

I have an incident report in which which we used filter status_id, which includes incidents with all the statuses. But we need the incidents with all the other status and for status "Closed" or "solved" it should allow only incidents till last 1 year for example only till 1 april 2018 not before that.

Need help, as I have already included 1 filter which contains all the status but when applying closed or solved status report it is not showing me exact data.
