We have created a web service web service in OIC which is consume from Logistic Cloud to send a tender offer. 

We have created mapping between the received tender to an XML.  This validates and is successful from within the test feature.

It completes successful with out error when executed from Logistic Cloud.  Values are successful mapped to business identifiers and you can see the tender in the payload in the trace.  Except, the write pay load does not have any values and neither does the output XML.
