getting repeated value in custom report

Hi All,

i am trying to make a report where i want Chat ID, Ref number, Date of First Engagement, Page URL (we have implemented EE), and Chat Transcript.

i trying different way to join Chat, Incident, Visitor_Event and Visitor_page table but every time i get incorrect data.

i noticed that some of the chat ids are getting repeated and because of that i get incorrect number, i am attaching my report xml here, can you please help me fix this issue?
