Create new report record from a web form

is it possible to create a web form from which a user/guest can create a new instance of an (custom) object?

Content

I have created a custom object with several field and a new workspace from which I can create new records of that object.

I have a report that present the data of all records of that object.

on the report page I can click "new" (to open the workspace) and create a new record for my object.

I want the ability to create a new instance for my object from a web form, requiring no sign in.
