Is anyone using onboarding only career sections?Content
Hello. Is anyone using onboarding only career sections, and if so, what are the benefits of doing so (besides it being invitation only, or having its own brand)? Am I understanding correctly that this is a career section with just Tasks tab, so if I create a process and configure emails to direct to this URL, that is where the users will land on and will only be able to complete the assigned process tasks?
Is anyone using them after a candidate becomes an employee? If so, how do you handle task assignment? When our candidates become employees, they have two profiles - internal and external. In order to launch a task for an employee, recruiting user would have to find an internal profile and go from there. I assume they would need to attach the profile to a requisition - I did not see how a process can launch without that.
