Anyone have experience using HCM to manage a tuition reimbursement program?
At a high level, my first thought is that we could use the Benefits module to setup a plan and program, tracking who would be eligible, how it's paid, etc.
We could then have a form created for the employee to enter the details, attach an invoice and/or transcript, enter an amount. Create an approval process, and once the reimbursement is approve, have it paid as a compensation item in payroll.
I checked in an Oracle Demo zone to see if I could find something similar setup to reference, but I didn't see anything.
