Is there a size limit for email attachment for BI reports?

BIP - Report size is 15MB, job succeeds but never sends email.

My report generates 15MB excel file but fails to email the report every time. I limited my data model to test and the report was 2MB and I got the email. So, I am thinking there is a limit on the file size for an email attachment.  What is the limit and can it be changed?
