Image URL without Hexadecimal number

There are more than 1000 images which are loaded onto the Oracle Content and Experience Cloud.
These are stored in a particular folder structure.
The URL for the images contain hexadecimal values in them.
Is there a way to access the images via the URL using a meaning name instead of the hexadecimal values in them.

We need to use these 1000 images from an external application and it would not be scalable if we have to access the images everytime using the hexadecimal code in them.
